Think about what you are thinking about

Want to know why your life is so wonderful?  Take a moment and think about what you are thinking about right now.  Want to know why your life is not working the way you would like it to work?  Take a moment and think about what you are thinking about.

If your first response to to why is your life is so wonderful was “it’s not wonderful,” you have your answer to why it is not working the way you want it to work.  If your first response to the question was why your life is so wonderful was to begin listing the fantastic things which are going on in your life rather than those which are less than warm and fuzzy, you have your answer again.  Where we place our thinking priority shows up in our every day life.  Where we place our thinking priority shows up in our income, our health, our happiness, our relationships, in fact, every aspect of our lives is driven by the thoughts we give the highest priority. 

If at this moment you are listing all the other factors which out-picture as your life and why they keep you from being happy, STOP.  STOP right now and think about it.  Maybe every excuse you have for your life to be less than wonderful is factually true.  Now the question becomes, “do you want to be right or do you want to be happy?” We look at a woman living in a hovel inside a refugee camp in Africa.  All the facts are against her having any happiness at all, yet it is highly likely that woman will find something to see as happiness, even if it is that she is still alive against all the odds.
