Morning People

In the follow-up book to Think, Believe, Receive, three steps to an amazing life, which is entitled It’s All About Me,  I write about why some people are morning people, and others are not morning people.  I suggest the most important difference between morning people and non-morning  people is that morning people are those who have allowed yesterday to be completed yesterday rather than dragging it into today, and spending the first two hours of today getting over yesterday.

This has to do with our personal power, the focus of It’s All About Me: how we give away so much of our power today that when tomorrow comes along we are drained, too drained to get traction for the first hour or two of the new day.  There are ways to resolve this issue, ways to wake up refreshed, ready to go, and the only thing you will have to do is become more aware of where you place your personal power today.  This is not rocket science, it is not even complicated, it is simply a matter of awareness

I invite you to join me on this journey of awareness as together we get It’s All About Me published and promoted through the crowd funding program called itsallaboutme.pubslush.com.  Read a sample chapter, donate a little (or a lot!) and together we can make mornings more fun!
