Walking the Path

How often have you heard someone question if they are on the right path for their life?  This is such a huge question; how DO we know that what we have chosen to do is indeed the right path for us?  There are some clues; if you have to struggle to meet the day, you might not be on the right path for you.  If every day is a constant battle with those around you; you might not be on the right path for you.  If being away from what you are doing is more inviting than the work you have chosen, you are probably not on the right path.

The Universe always answers our prayer with a YES, however the Universe never pushes, prods, pokes or forces us to do anything; we are always at choice for our experiences.

So what can we do to get a clearer picture of what we are best suited to be doing?  I recommend some quiet time; meditation if you like, or simply away from as many distractions as possible.  Ask yourself; “what are my most precious moments?”  As you listen to the reply write down your thoughts.  If the response you get is that your precious moments are with your children but your work is filling out forms in a large corporation, consider switching your work to filling out forms for a child care organization.  If you see yourself on a boat and your work is banging nails, maybe you could be in construction near where boats are working or being built.

Regardless of what your passion is, the Universe is behind you in living that passion.  When you find yourself working in a position which fills you, you will never work a day again.  All you have to do is; Think, Believe, Receive.
