One of the most frustrating aspects of my own daily life is trying to undo, or redo the past. How often have I wished I could get a do-over! When I realize what I am doing, hoping to rewrite the past, I just have to laugh at myself sometimes. Living can only be done this very moment. The past is done, the future is unwritten, that makes this moment so very precious. Second-guessing myself, or others just leads to frustration, and worrying about the future can keep me from doing anything at all.
In my first book: Think, Believe, Receive, I discuss this idea in a chapter called Now, Now, Now. Won’t you join me in living life at it fullest, right now?
